What happens after?
_Our staff collates the online orders after 5pm, daily. Therefore, you
will probably receive an invoice during the evening of the day you've
placed your order, or the next morning. An invoice will confirm your
order and the total amount you have to pay. After you have checked that
your order is correct, you may proceed to pay by clicking on the
(Paypal) link, which will direct you to a check-out page where you are
able choose to pay with either a Visa, Master or Amex card. If there
are discrepancies in your order, please send us an email
(sales@cakeflor.com.sg) or give us a call, quoting your invoice number.
Please note that your order is confirmed upon payment.
All that is left is to look forward to savouring your cake! |

FLOR's Order Policy (please read!)
- 3 days advance notice is mandatory for all whole cake orders, meaning 2 full days in between order day and collection day (e.g. if you order on Monday, the earliest day you may collect is Thursday).
- ケーキのご予約は3日前までにお願いいたします。(月曜日のご予約は、木曜日のお引き渡しとなります。)
- 2 days advance notice is required for for sliced cake, cheese tart and cookie orders.
- スライスケーキ、焼き菓子、アイスチーズのご予約は、2日前までのご予約です。(沢山のご予約の場合は、ご用意できない場合がございます。)
- Our collection period is between 11am and 7pm (If you have a special request for the time, please let us know. We will try our best to fulfill your request.)お引き渡しのお時間は、午前11時より午後6時までです。
- Once an order is confirmed, no refund is given.
- 一度ご予約が確定致しますと、返金は出来ません。ご了承下さいませ。
- Change of date under 24 hours is not accepted.
- 24時間以内の引き取り日の変更は、出来ません。
- For cancellations under 24 hours, strictly no refund.
- 24時間以内のご予約のキャンセル、当日ご来店できなくなっても、返金は出来ません。

- Please note that all our products are made fresh so all sales are final; meaning no exchanges and no refunds are accepted. We're happy to hold your cakes until the end of the work day, however, all unclaimed cakes are disposed of at the end of the day and under no circumstances do we keep customers' cakes overnight, even if they are already paid for.
- Due to the freshness of our cakes, we recommend customers to collect their cake on the day that they wish to consume it. Afterwhich, customers can expect a difference in taste and texture.

- Delivery charge - $19.30. For Sentosa and Tuas - $23.55. 配達料金は、全島$19.30です。(セントーサ及びトアスは、$23.55です。)
- We deliver only to curbside/ lobby front. Customers are required to meet the driver personally to hand over the goods. Should door-to-door delivery be required, additional charges will apply, and such requests are subject to the discretion of the management.
- We deliver Tue - Sat, 1.30pm-5.30pm ; Sun 1.30pm - 5pm. We strictly do not deliver on Mondays.
- To avoid confusion, starting 5 Nov 2011, customers are required to make full payment via credit card 24 hours before delivery date. Cash upon delivery is strictly not accepted.
- We require 3 days advance notice for all delivery orders, regardless of product type/quantity.
- Delivery cost of $19.30 covers one time delivery to one location only.
- Delivery timings are first come first serve, so please make your reservations early to avoid disappointment.
- If the order is a gift/surprise, FLOR Patisserie must be informed of the name and contact number of the recipient.
- In the event that the recipient is not available to collect it at the stipulated delivery timing (particularly applicable for surprises), no refunds will be issued, and no re-delivery will be granted.
- Free delivery for orders above $300.
- The management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as and when.
